Wise Medical Billing partnered with CWare Technologies to bring their support, finance, marketing, and customer success operations onto a single, fully integrated Odoo platform — replacing manually managed helpdesk requests, a legacy Xero accounting setup, and disconnected marketing and social tools with one unified environment, hosted on a dedicated on-premises cloud server.
CWare Technologies delivered an omnichannel Helpdesk with automated ticket routing, canned responses, and SLA tracking; migrated three years of historical financial data from Xero into Odoo Accounting with full reconciliation; configured high-volume Email Marketing and multi-platform Social Marketing automation — including direct comment replies and inbox messaging from within Odoo — and built a custom Customer Success module for ongoing client health monitoring and management.
